Dinner Features August 14th, 2017


Hunan Chicken                                  

Pan seared boneless chicken breast chunks with peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli in a garlic brown sauce over rice 



Bacon BBQ Avocado Chicken  

BBQ grilled chicken layered with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and avocado over mashed potatoes and topped with crispy onions



Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                 

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection served with mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with mushroom demi sauce



Bruschetta Scallops                                                                                              

Sautéed deep sea scallops tossed with basil, garlic, tomatoes and onions in a creamy white sauce over pasta then finished with asiago cheese 



Chili Char                                                                             

Chili seasoned Atlantic Char fish over mashed potatoes and finished with a fiery salsa  



Honey Mustard Sriracha Shrimp                                             

Marinated jumbo shrimp tossed with honey, garlic, sriracha and mustard over fried rice and crispy wontons



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                        

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
