Dinner Features August 7

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with broccoli, peppers, onions and scallions in a garlic brown sauce, served over white rice 

Roja Vera Chicken
Tender stewed chicken tossed with caramelized onions and peppers served over seasoned yellow rice and beans

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, finished with a portobello burgundy balsamic sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared with grape tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh basil in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Vera Cruz Striped Bass
California striped bass pan seared and served over mashed potatoes, finished with a tomato vegetable broth and served with asparagus spears

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with diced onion, garlic, crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
