Dinner Features August 15


Chicken Monte Carlo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, zucchini and artichoke hearts in a zesty garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta

Chicken Tropicale
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and topped with a mango pineapple citrus salsa, served over rice pilaf with asparagus spears     

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with crumbly bleu and a portobello balsamic sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Normandy
Deep sea scallops sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a sherry rosemary cream sauce, served over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Arctic Char
Arctic Char is  a cold-water fish in the family Salmonidae, very similar to salmon, but with a more delicate texture and clean, mild flavor. Tonight we are preparing arctic char freshly broiled and presented over garlic braised kale and tomatoes, dusted with fresh basil and asiago chees

Shiitake Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
