Barbeque Chicken & Rice Burrito
Tender stewed chicken with peppers, onions, rice and beans wrapped up in a flour tortilla and served over a marinated three bean salad, finished with barbeque sauce and guacamole

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with fresh steamed broccoli and red bell peppers in Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with bleu cheese mushrooms and served with fried potato wedges and asparagus spears

Mussels Scampi
Pan roasted Prince Edward Mussels tossed with garlic, onion, butter white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Scallops Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh pan seared salmon filet finished with a dill crème fraîche and served over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes with stir fry vegetables

Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp stir fried with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions in garlic sauce, served over fried rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
