Apple Rosemary Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, zucchini, fresh spinach and scallions in a garlic sherry rosemary wine sauce, served over rice

Flower City Chicken & Ziti
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, red sweet peppers, fresh spinach, yellow and green squash in an asiago basil roasted red pepper cream sauce, tossed with ziti

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with a Santa Fe mushroom sauce, (mushrooms, tomatoes, black beans, corn, peppers and onions) served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Tomato Verde
Deep sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes hearts and broccoli in a white wine goat cheese cream sauce, served over pasta

Sesame Orange Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a peanut sesame orange sauce, served over rice and dusted with sesame seeds       

Broiled Stuffed Bass
Fresh broiled striped bass stuffed with surimi crabmeat, braised kale and sun dried tomatoes, topped with a peppercorn tarragon sauce and presented overasparagus spears with a side of muddy rice           

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
