Dinner Features August 6th, 2017

Chicken & Potato Burrito                                                                         

Tender stewed spiced chicken with bacon cheddar cheese rolled in a XL tortilla shell and served over yellow rice and beans with a ranchero sauce 

Chicken Chop Suey     

Sautéed chicken strips with garlic, onion, cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli and peppers in an Asian brown sauce over white rice

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                   

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to perfection, served with a baked potato and broccoli hollandaise then topped with Tabasco onions

 Scalloped Scallops                                           

Deep Sea scallops pan seared tossed with onion, ham and peas in a cream sauce over pasta

Onion Crusted Striped Bass                                                   

Crispy onion crusted Striped Bass over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus then topped finished with a chipotle mayo

 Shrimp Gumbo        
Jumbo sautéed shrimp with onion, peppers and garlic in a pan tomato sauce over white seasoned rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                         
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
