Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with wilted spinach, finished with a lemon caper butter sauce and served with mashed potatoes

Hawaiian Chicken
Boneless spiced rubbed chicken breast strips sautéed with pineapple, peppers and onions served with scallion mashed potatoes and broccoli over steamed white rice

Grilled Stockyard
Seasoned Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions and served with rosemary roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli

Scallops Greco
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, artichokes, spinach and onion in a lemon alfredo sauce, served over pasta   

Blackened Striped Bass
Striped bass Pan seared with blackening spices, finished with sriracha mayonnaise and crispy onions, presented over mashed potatoes with garlic asparagus  

Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp stir fried with broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic in a sweet and spicy sauce served over stir fried rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
