Dinner Features August 23


Apple Onion Rosemary Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, onions, artichoke hearts and scallions in a fresh rosemary sherry wine sauce, served over rice     

Chicken Saganaki
Boneless chicken sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and zucchini in a roasted red pepper saganaki cream sauce, tossed with pasta

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, finished with asiago cheese and a portobello mushroom sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Provençal
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta  

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with tomato onion basil relish, served over garlic braised kale with a side of rice

Seafood Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp, salmon, chopped clams, surimi crabmeat and mussels sautéed with fresh spinach, peppers and onions in a light alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
