Pineapple Jerk Chicken        

Jerk marinated grilled chicken breast served pesto mashed potatoes and a pineapple rum sauce



Caprese Stacked Chicken    

Pan seared herb crusted chicken layered with fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes and fresh basil over garlic mashed potatoes and finished with a balsamic reduction



Mussels De Zuppa                                                        

Pan roasted Prince Edward Mussels with garlic, onions, grape tomatoes and peppers in a lemon butter sauce over pasta



Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                            

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to perfection, served with a salt crusted baked potato served with broccoli and finished with a creamy horseradish sauce and crispy onions   



Char Tomato Scallops                                                  

Deep Sea scallops pan seared and tossed with caramelized onions, charred tomatoes and fresh basil in a creamy asiago alfredo sauce over rice



Cajun Acura Salmon                                                                 

Cajun rubbed Acura Salmon over garlic mashed potatoes and a tomato cucumber remoulade


           Black Pepper Shrimp                                                             

Jumbo shrimp crusted in black pepper flour and tossed with garlic, mushrooms, onions, peppers and scallions in a white wine butter sauce over pasta



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



Fish Fry                                                                           

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
