Dinner Features August 12th, 2017

Orange Sesame Chicken                                            

Lightly breaded boneless chicken breast chunks tossed in a zesty orange sesame sauce with fresh steamed broccoli over fried rice and egg roll   

Chicken Florentine                             

Pane seared chicken layered with goat cheese, artichokes, spinach and sundried tomatoes over mashed potatoes and finished with a chicken supreme sauce   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                  

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection served with a baked potato and broccoli hollandaise then finished with a mushroom and onion A1 steak sauce

Garden Scallops                                                                                                    

Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with mushrooms, scallions, vine ripe tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and zucchini in a white wine butter sauce over pasta 

Potato Crusted Arctic Char                                              

Ranch potato chip crusted Arctic Char fish over asparagus mashed potatoes and then finished with a cajun remoulade   

Manhattan Shrimp & clams                                                             

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, onion and garlic tossed with chopped surf clams in a spicy marinara over pasta  

Fresh Broiled                                                                                

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
