Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, finished with a black peppercorn sherry sauce and served with mashed potatoes and broccoli hollandaise

Pan roasted Prince Edward Mussels tossed with garlic, onion, butter white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Scallops & Crab Alfredo
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat pan seared with bacon and onions in an asparagus Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Honey Garlic Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a honey garlic glaze and served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a hearty tomato sauce, served over steamed white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
