Dinner Features August 17th, 2017


Coconut Chicken               

Coconut battered boneless chicken breast strips served over island fried rice tossed with pineapple, raisins, peppers and scallions then finished with a honey sriracha drizzle



Mongolian Chicken & Broccoli                                     

Pan seared boneless chicken breast chunks tossed with garlic, onion, red peppers and broccoli in an Asian brown sauce over white rice



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                     

Angus Reserve beef stockyard seasoned sirloin steak char grilled and served with broccoli garlic spears and buttered mashed potatoes then finished with sautéed mushrooms and Tabasco onions



Mussels Casino                                                                                                        

Pan roasted mussels with garlic, onion, peppers and surf clams in a white wine butter sauce over pasta finished with an oyster cracker topping   



Scallops & Crab                                                                                                             

Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with onions, peas, bacon and surimi crab in a creamy alfredo over pasta  



Blackened Salmon                                                                              

Pan seared blackened salmon served over pesto mashed potatoes, marinated vegetables and topped with crispy onions and chipotle mayo



Shrimp Primavera                                                                         

Jumbo shrimp tossed with carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions and tomatoes in a lemon garlic butter sauce over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                  

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
