Dinner Features August 5


Loco Moco
¼ pound hamburger served over ham and onion fried rice then finished with brown gravy and a fried egg    

Chicken & Potato Burrito
Tender stewed spiced chicken with potato bacon cheddar cheese rolled in a XL tortilla shell and served over yellow rice and beans with a ranchero sauce   

Triple Berry Salad with Chicken
Mixed greens tossed with raspberry vinaigrette and topped with strawberries, blueberries, crumbly blue cheese and candied walnuts with a pan seared seasoned chicken breast
            Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to perfection, topped with a blue cheese hollandaise sauce and served with roasted potatoes and asparagus 

Scallops Alexander
Deep Sea scallops pan seared tossed with spinach, onion and bacon in an asiago cream sauce over pasta

Lemon Caper Striped Bass
Pan seared Striped Bass over asparagus mashed potatoes and broccoli then topped with a lemon caper butter sauce

Shrimp & Clam Scampi
Jumbo pan seared shrimp tossed with onion, garlic, clams and scallions in a white wine butter sauce over pasta and finished with an oyster cracker topping

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
