Boneless chicken breast pan seared with Creole seasonings, presented over Spanish stuffed peppers in a pool of Baja salsa

Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage and onions in a garlic butter sauce, served over fried rice

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Marinated Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and finished with a bleu cheese hollandaise, served with steamed broccoli and creamy asiago potatoes  

Sea Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan roasted and served over a creamy spinach artichoke bake with toasted pita 

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared with a potato chip crust, finished with a black peppercorn aioli and served over garlic mashed potatoes with grilled vegetables

Honey Sriracha Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with peppers, onions and garlic in a honey sriracha sauce, served over pesto mashed potatoes with onion rings  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
