Dinner Features September 16th, 2017


Stuffed Pepper Chicken            

Cajun seared chicken breast served over a sausage and Spanish rice stuffed pepper and a pool of sriracha alfredo sauce



Buffalo Chicken Nachos          

Grande plate of fresh nachos covered with jalapenos buffalo marinated chicken and peppers then finished with buffalo cheddar cheese sauce and a ranch drizzle



Tournedos Bistro Tender Steak                                                                                                                                                                      

Pan seared Bistro Tender Steak cooked to perfection and served with mashed potatoes and topped with a mushroom demi glaze and frizzled onions with a side of asparagus



Asiago Tomato Scallops                                                                          

Deep sea scallops pan seared served over creamy asiago white rice with tomatoes, garlic, onion and fresh basil


Grilled Swordfish                                                                         

Fresh marinated grilled swordfish served over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and topped with fire roasted mango and pineapple salsa

Black pepper jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed with onions, mushrooms, broccoli and peppers in a garlic butter sauce over soy and orange noodles
