Dinner Features September 23


Stuffed Eggplant
Breaded eggplant stuffed with chicken, sausage, onions, garlic and fresh mozzarella cheese served in a pool of house made bolognaise sauce, served with pesto pasta salad and garlic bread

Buffalo Chicken Plate
Boneless buffalo marinated chicken breast pan seared and presented over house made macaroni and potato salad, finished with ranch drizzle, bleu cheese crumbles and crispy tobasco onions  

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with A1® onions and mushrooms, served with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy

Honey Wonton Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared in a wonton wrapper and served over Asian chow chow, finished with a ginger soy glaze and a spicy honey mustard  

Scallops Au Gratin
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over creamy spinach baked pasta with asiago cheese and fresh toasted pita bread

Lemon Caper Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass broiled with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus

Garlic Butter Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with garlic butter and served over parmesan mashed potatoes with a vegetable medley  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
