Dinner Features September 7th, 2017


Chicken Pita Fajita          

Marinated grilled boneless chicken breast strips served with peppers, onions and southwestern fried rice with sour cream and fresh salsa



BBQ Sriracha Sesame Chicken 

Boneless chicken breast chunks tossed in a BBQ Sriracha sesame sauce with broccoli and onion scented white rice



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                        

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a bacon cheddar stuffed baked potato and side of asparagus then finished with a mushroom mustard meat hot sauce



Scalloped Scallops                                                                                            

Deep sea scallops tossed with peas, onions and ham in a cream sauce over pasta and finished with toasted bread crumbs


Blackened Duo of Char & Bass                                       

Pan seared Striped Bass and Arctic Char served over pesto mashed potatoes and finished with a chipotle sriracha mayo, crispy onions and fried pickles  



Shrimp Mac & Cheese                                                          

Jumbo shrimp seared and served with cajun macaroni and cheese baked and served with fresh steamed broccoli



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                    

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
