Parkside Picnic Plate
Grilled chicken breast and sweet potato fries, served over macaroni salad smothered with meat hot sauce, shredded cheddar, diced onions and spicy mustard

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and topped with a goat cheese sun dried tomato cream sauce, served with fresh asparagus spears and a side of rice

Montreal Bistro Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a fresh mozzarella tomato basil relish, presented over garlic bread and served with a twice baked potato

Salmon French
Fresh Atlantic salmon dipped in a light egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served with fresh broccoli over pasta

Scallop & Crabmeat Primavera
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetable medley in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Shrimp & Eggplant Italian
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a fresh basil garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Pan Seared Tropical Sea Bass
Fresh sea bass pan seared with a light jerk crust and sautéed with lemon and white wine, finished with a pineapple citrus salsa and finished with shredded coconut and raisins, served with asparagus spears and a side of rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
