Chicken Capri                

Pan seared chicken stuffed with tomato, garlic, onion, fresh mozzarella and basil over parmesan mashed potatoes  



Chicken Vegetable Stir fry                                                      

Pan seared chicken strips tossed with peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli over fried rice in a sweet and spicy sauce



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                          

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with seasonings, served with macaroni salad with creamy horsey sauce and broccoli hollandaise



Bacon Asparagus Scallops                                                          

Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with asparagus, bacon, onion and garlic in an asiago cream sauce over pasta



Volcano Shrimp                                                                          

Pan seared Jumbo sriracha marinated shrimp served over pesto mashed potatoes with crispy coconut onion rings and honey mustard drizzle  

 

Stuffed Sole Oscar                                                                          

Fresh stuffed surimi crab stuffed Sole fish over mashed potatoes with grilled vegetables and finished with hollandaise sauce

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                             
            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
