Chicken & Dumplings
Tender stewed chicken with peas, carrots, celery and onions in a hearty chicken velouté, served over mashed potatoes and steamed dumplings  

Sesame Chicken
Boneless battered chicken breast strips tossed with a zesty sesame orange sauce and served over fried rice with broccoli     

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a creamy horseradish sauce, broccoli hollandaise and buttered mashed potatoes

Honey Barbeque Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared with a honey barbeque glaze, finished with chipotle mayonnaise and crispy tobasco onions, presented over roasted corn and pepper mashed potatoes

Garden Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic butter herb sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Creole Shrimp Macaroni & Cheese
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with Cajun spices and presented over gruyere macaroni and cheese, served with sriracha onion rings and a French quarter remoulade

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
