Short Ribs Benedict
Boneless braised short ribs and poach eggs served on a toasted English muffin and topped with hollandaise sauce

Buffalo Chicken Plate
Tender breaded popcorn chicken served over macaroni salad and beer battered blue cheese fries, finished with buffalo wing sauce and a ranch drizzle

Chicken Primavera
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic and fresh herbs in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Scallops & Crab Stir Fry
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat stir fried with broccoli, carrots, peppers and onions in an orange sesame sauce, served over white rice with a house made egg roll

Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp and sausage pan seared with peppers, onions and garlic in a hearty tomato sauce, served over white rice   

Potato Crusted Salmon

Lemon Herb Sole
Fresh Sole fish broiled and finished with a lemon garlic herb compound butter, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli hollandaise

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
