Beef & Pork Cuban Panini
Boneless braised short ribs and tender shredded pork shoulder with cole slaw, barbeque sauce, spicy mustard, pickles and Swiss cheese pressed on herb focaccia bread

Orange Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic in a sweet and spicy orange sauce, served over fried rice  

Tropical Blackened Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with blackening spices, finished with a tropical salsa and served over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Scalloped Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with ham, peas and onions in a light cream sauce over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Garden Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, onions and garlic in a garlic butter sauce, served over pasta    

Honey Herb Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and finished with a honey mustard glaze, presented over a breaded potato cake stuffed with root vegetables

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
