Pan seared Italian breaded chicken breast layered with vine ripe tomatoes, crisp romaine and fresh mozzarella cheese served over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and finished with pesto aioli

Tender tempura battered chicken breast served over fried rice and stir fried vegetables in a sweet & spicy honey sriracha sauce
Carpet Bagger Filet of Sirloin
8oz Sirloin filet seasoned and pan seared to order, stuffed with surimi crabmeat and bleu cheese, presented over mashed potatoes with sauce béarnaise, finished with crisp tobasco onions

Deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, yellow squash, red bell peppers, onions and garlic in a butternut squash Alfredo, served over pasta

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with black pepper, presented over caramelized onions and mashed potatoes, finished with Creole country gravy and roasted corn relish

Fresh Blue Marlin broiled with lemon, fresh herbs and capers in a white wine butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears
