Mixed Grille
A beef sirloin medallion pan seared to order paired with a petite pan seared mahi mahi filet presented over mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley, finished with sauce bĂ©arnaise  

Blackened Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with blackening spices and presented over creamed corn mashed potatoes, served with fresh salsa and chipotle mayonnaise    

Chicken Chop Suey
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with cabbage, peppers, onions and garlic in an Asian soy brown sauce, served over fried rice

Island Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with jerk spices, topped with fresh pineapple salsa and served over Island rice- yellow seasoned rice tossed with coconut, raisins, peppers and onions   

Candied Luau Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with a sweet and spicy glaze, presented over mashed potatoes with onion rings and cinnamon fried wontons

Chili Salmon
Fresh Akura Salmon pan seared with a chili spiced rub, finished with a cucumber tomato relish and served over honey butter mashed potatoes

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, finished with a mushroom onion steak sauce and served with a loaded baked potato and broccoli hollandaise

Junkyard Dog Plate
Grilled hot dog served in a toasted bun over home fries and macaroni salad, topped with meat hot sauce, onions and mustard

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
