Dinner Features October 5th, 2017


Honey Mustard Chicken  

Buttermilk battered boneless fried chicken breast layered with crisp lettuce, double diamond tomatoes and bacon over mashed potatoes then finished with crispy onions and sharp honey mustard  



Tomato Basil Chicken         

Marinated boneless chicken breast sautéed and topped with fresh tomatoes, ball mozzarella and finished w a basil aioli over garlic mashed potatoes



Tournedos Mason                                                                                                   

Pan seared sirloin medallions with goat cheese mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a mushroom demi sauce



Blackened Corvina                                                                  

Fresh pan seared blackened Corvina served over jerk roasted red mashed potatoes and topped with a pineapple and banana salsa 



Scallops Ala Asparagus Alfredo                                                            

Deep sea scallops sautéed and tossed with onion, garlic, artichokes and bacon in a creamy asparagus Alfredo over pasta



Shrimp Vegetable Stir                                                                                

Jumbo ginger shrimp tossed in garlic, onions, broccoli mushrooms and peppers in a sesame sauce over rice



Mussels Bruschetta                                 

Pan seared Prince Edward mussels tossed in garlic, onion, vine ripe tomatoes and fresh basil over pasta and garlic butter toast points

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
