Homemade Baked Ziti Supreme
Ziti pasta baked with Italian sausage, seasoned ground beef, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions with ricotta cheese in fresh basil marinara sauce topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with garlic bread  

Chicken Soliel
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, scallions, artichoke hearts and oranges in a garlic white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Mixed Grille
A beef sirloin medallion char grilled to order topped with seared portobello mushrooms in a garlic sauce, paired with a petite broiled sole filet stuffed with chorizo sausage, spinach and asiago cheese served with a side of rice pilaf

Seafood Scampi
Jumbo shrimp, deep sea scallops, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed in a garlic lemon basil sherry scampi sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat, escarole and goat cheese, topped with a caper cream sauce, presented over fresh asparagus spears and served with a side of rice pilaf

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, served with a fresh rosemary shiitake mushroom sauce and a twice baked potato  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
