Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, escarole and sun dried tomatoes in a fresh basil goat cheese cream sauce, tossed with pasta

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli and red bell peppers in a light peanut sauce, served with Asian slaw and rice

Stuffed Sole Florentine
Fresh broiled Sole fish stuffed with spinach and goat cheese served over pasta Aglio Olio

Scallops Fiesta 
Deep sea scallops sautéed with chorizo sausage, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic sauce, served over rice and topped with shredded cheddar cheese

Shrimp Ala York 
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and artichoke hearts in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Salmon
Fresh Salmon filet broiled and topped with a pineapple citrus salsa, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, served with seared portobello mushrooms and leeks in garlic sauce and a twice baked potato  

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
