Dinner Features October 31


Seafood Gumbo
Fresh haddock, swordfish, salmon and tuna pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a hearty s[icy marinara sauce 

Cinnamon Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a cinnamon spice rub, presented over pumpkin mashed potatoes with a walnut apple conserve and apple cider au jus, served with homemade granny smith apple sauce   

Orange Sesame Chicken
Tender Tempura battered Boneless chicken breast tossed in orange sesame sauce and served over steamed white rice with a homemade eggroll  

Grilled Filet of Sirloin
8 oz. Angus Reserve sirloin filet seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with a creamy horsey sauce and served with butternut squash mashed and broccoli hollandaise     

Blackened Blue Marlin
Fresh blue Marlin filet pan seared with blackening spices and topped with a fresh mango salsa, presented over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Shrimp Au Poivre Primavera
Jumbo black pepper floured shrimp pan seared with yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta  

Butternut Scallops Alfredo
Deep Sea Scallops pan seared with red bell peppers, scallions and onions in a creamy butternut squash alfredo sauce, served over pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
