Autumn Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast with braised kale, butternut squash, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and olives in a zesty white wine sauce, served over rice pilaf   

Chicken & Crabmeat Ala York
Boneless chicken breast and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Pan Seared Blue Marlin
Fresh blue marlin pan seared and topped with a mango jerk chutney, presented over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled with garlic, tomatoes and Marsala wine topped with mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice 

Tuscan Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh spinach and onions in a spicy garlic lemon sauce, served over pasta dusted with asiago cheese

Char Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with Marsala glazed portobello mushrooms and crumbly bleu cheese, served with butternut cheddar smashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
