Fall Harvest Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, red sweet peppers, zucchini and fresh spinach in a butternut asiago Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta    

Apple Walnut Rosemary Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, walnuts, artichoke hearts and scallions in a Marsala cream sauce, served over rice   

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, served with a mushroom onion steak sauce and a twice baked potato              

Seafood Fra Diablo
Deep sea scallops, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a spicy marinara sauce, served over pasta 

Sun Dried Tomato Basil Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil and broccoli in a light white wine aged goat cheese cream sauce, tossed with pasta

New Orleans Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared in an herb crust with a white wine lemon sauce, and served over a zesty black bean stew and white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
