Chicken Primavera
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, peppers and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Loco Moco
Our ½ burger pan seared and served over ham fried rice, topped with a fried egg and finished with beef gravy and crispy onions

Red Eye Chicken
Boneless Cajun rubbed chicken breast pan seared and presented over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears, finished with a red eye and chorizo sausage gravy

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a house made steak sauce, broccoli hollandaise and home fries    

Sea Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over pasta tossed with bacon, spinach, artichokes and onions in an asiago Alfredo sauce

Chili Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a chili spice rub, presented over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, asparagus spears and a lemon caper aioli

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp tossed with sausage, peppers and onions in a tomato sauce, served over rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
