Saturday 18th November dinner specials


Tournedos Maison Pan-seared twin 3oz beef medallions served over mashed potatoes and asparagus topped with a mushroom demi glaze, finished with crispy buttermilk onions.



Hunan Chicken Sautéed chicken strips with garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms and broccoli in a Asian brown sauce over white steamed rice.



BLT Chicken Battered and fried chicken breast layered with crispy lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes and hickory smoked bacon served over mashed potatoes, finished with crispy onions, drizzled with  ranch dressing.



Sea Scallops Primavera Sautéed deep sea scallops with red peppers, onions, yellow squash, zucchini and mushrooms in a lemon caper cream sauce over pasta.



Shrimp Seafood Stew  Jumbo shrimp sautéed with steamed ocean garden mussels and chopped clams tossed, with onions and peppers in a hearty tomato spicy sauce over white steamed rice.    

 

Blackened Wahoo Pan-seared blackened Wahoo over pesto mashed potatoes with fresh asparagus spears and a pineapple salsa.



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
