Dinner features November 9th, 2017

Country Chicken & Biscuits   

Buttermilk battered fried chicken with sausage gravy over mashed potatoes and cheddar biscuits.

Chicken Sausage Gumbo                                                                    

Pan-seared blackened chicken breast strips tossed with onions and peppers in a red wine marinara sauce over rice. 

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin with Acorn Squash                                

10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak char grilled with garlic parmesan French fries,

served with honey baked acorn squash and finished with a creamy apple horseradish sauce.

Autumn Scallops with a Crab Alfredo                                                

Sautéed sea scallops and Crabmeat tossed in red peppers and broccoli with an acorn squash

alfredo over pasta.

Shrimp Greco                                                                   

Pan seared stuffed shrimp with feta cheese, bacon over a spinach Florentine pasta bake.    


Lemon Caper Striped Bass                                                                           

Fresh Striped Bass pan seared over garlic mashed potatoes with asparagus and a lemon

caper butter sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                        

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
