Boneless chicken breast pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic in an Asian brown sauce, served over steamed white rice

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with broccoli, red bell peppers and garlic in an asiago cream sauce, served over pasta        

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a mushroom onion steak sauce, broccoli hollandaise and a loaded baked potato            

JalapeƱo Macaroni & Cheese Burger
½ pound burger char grilled to order and served on a brioche bun, topped with cheddar jalapeno macaroni and cheese, bacon and crispy onion straws, served with beer battered fries

Sea Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with spinach, artichokes and garlic, baked with ziti pasta in an asiago cream sauce and served with fresh toasted pita 

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with onions, garlic and lemon  in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  

Lemon Caper Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
