Braised Short Ribs
Boneless braised beef short ribs in a red wine mushroom demi glace served over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with apples, plump red grapes, mushrooms, onions, scallions and garlic in a sweet wine butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Ranch Hand Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with blackening spices and presented over Cajun buttered mashed potatoes, finished with a roasted corn relish and Cajun gravy    

Garlic Butter Scallops & Crab
Deep sea scallops and surimi crab pan seared with artichokes, onions and lemon in drawn butter, served over ziti  

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic in a creamy asiago cheese sauce, served over pasta 

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with crispy onions and chipotle mayonnaise, served over pesto mashed potatoes

Asian Mussels Stir Fry
Fresh Prince Edward Island Mussels pan roasted with garlic, onions, peppers and scallions in a sweet and spicy sauce, served over noodles

            Fresh Broiled Haddock
             Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
