Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                             

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a baked potato, asparagus and finished with a balsamic and mushroom sauce



Apple Pecan Chicken          

Pan seared pecan crusted chicken served over sweet potato mashed and finished with an apple grape compote and apple cider au jus  



Country Chicken Fried steak

Deep fried chicken breast over garlic mashed potatoes and finished with a country gravy, asparagus and a sweet potato biscuit



Scallops Casino                                                                                                     

Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over pasta tossed with onions, peppers, scallions and bacon in a white clam sauce over pasta



Shrimp Creole                                                                   

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, onions and peppers in a hearty spicy tomato sauce over white rice and chipotle aioli topped with crispy onions

 

Potato Crusted Salmon                                                 

Fresh salmon filet pan seared and potato chip encrusted over sriracha honey mashed potatoes, asparagus



            Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
