Dinner Specials for Friday 17th November

Broccoli Pepper Chicken Pan seared chicken strips tossed with garlic, broccoli, peppers in a sweet and spicy sauce over fried rice, finished with sesame seeds. 

Pecan Apple Cider Chicken Sautéed pecan crushed chicken breast served over mashed potatoes in an apple spiced cider, topped with an apple-grape conserve.
       
            Grilled A1 Stockyard Sirloin Seasoned and grilled 10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak served with a salt crushed baked potato, broccoli hollandaise and an A1 mix of onions and mushrooms.            

            Autumn Sea Scallops Pan roasted Sea Scallops tossed in garlic,
             onions and red peppers in an acorn squash Alfredo over pasta.

Tiger Shrimp Gumbo Sautéed Jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, onion, peppers and chorizo sausage in a spicy red wine tomato sauce over white rice.
 
Blackened Salmon Pan-seared Blackened Salmon over southwest mashed potatoes finished with chipotle mayo and crispy onions.

Citrus Wahoo Fresh Wahoo broiled in fresh lemon, orange, lime, white wine and butter, served over mashed potatoes with a pineapple salsa.


            Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with
            lemon pepper butter

Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
