Dinner Specials Friday 10th November

Chicken Stroganoff Pan seared chicken breast tossed with garlic, onions and wild mushrooms in a light cream sauce over egg noodles, finished with an oyster cracker topping. 

Coconut Curry Chicken Sautéed chicken breast  in a coconut curry sauce with onions, banana peppers, mushrooms over rice with toasted pita.
       
            Grilled Stockyard Sirloin w/Blue Cheese Mushrooms  Seasoned and   grilled 10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak topped with blue cheese mushrooms, served with baked potatoes and fresh vegetable medley.           

            Garden Sea Scallops Pan seared Sea Scallops tossed with broccoli,   mushrooms, red onion, peppers in a lemon white wine
butter sauce over pasta.

Blanco Fa Diablo Shrimp Sautéed Jumbo shrimp tossed with peppers, onions, chorizo sausage in a spicy Sriracha white sauce over rice.   
 
Blackened Salmon Pan-seared Blackened Salmon, mashed potatoes and asparagus finished with a French Quarter remoulade and crispy sriracha onions.

Mussels Bruschetta Steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels in garlic, onions, tomatoes, fresh basil in a white wine, butter sauce over pasta.


            Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
