Short Ribs Jardinière
Seasoned and braised beef short ribs slow oven roasted with peas, carrots, celery, tomatoes and onions in burgundy gravy served over smashed potatoes  

Bourbon Street Chicken Stew
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, white and black beans, sweet corn, yellow squash, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers in a spicy lemon broth, served over rice

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed in a panko herb crust with lemon and sherry wine, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Garlic Seafood Pasta
Deep sea scallops, fresh mussels, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with peppers and onions in a garlic white wine sauce over pasta dusted with asiago cheese

Sweet & Sour Sesame Orange Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, red sweet peppers, zucchini and onion in a sweet & sour sesame orange stir fry, served over rice and dusted with sesame seeds       

Salmon French
Fresh salmon filet dipped in a light egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta with fresh asparagus

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
