Dinner Features November 16th, 2017


Char Grilled Sicilian Style Stockyard Steak               

Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin dusted with Panko & Italian seasonings finished with sautéed mushrooms and onions topped with melted asiago cheese with a side of twice baked potato



Chicken Portobello with Rice   

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms & sundried tomatoes in a garlic Marsala wine sauce with rice



Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo tossed with Pasta                                             

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh broccoli and sundried tomatoes tossed with pasta in a lite Alfredo sauce



Sweet & Sour Curry Scallops over Rice                                  

Sautéed deep sea scallops with shitake mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, onions, yellow squash & zucchini in a sweet & sour curry sauce over rice dusted sesame seeds. Yum!!



Shrimp & Mussels over Pasta                                                                                                                                                              

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with steamed ocean garden mussels, mushrooms, peppers & onions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce over pasta dusted with asiago cheese    

 

Fresh Broiled stuffed Salmon                                               

Fresh salmon filet stuffed with spinach, crab, sundried tomatoes and aged goat cheese then served over fresh asparagus topped with tarragon caper sauce with a side of rice



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                  

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
