Spanish Stuffed Peppers
Green bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, rice, onion and cheddar cheese presented in a pool of spicy marinara sauce

Buffalo Trash Plate
Crispy buttermilk fried chicken strips tossed in a sriracha buffalo sauce, served over house made macaroni salad with bleu cheese fries and a ranch drizzle

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with A1® mushrooms and onions, served with a broccoli cheddar scallion stuffed potato and asparagus spears    

Garden Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, onions and peppers in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Honey Wonton Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a honey wonton crust, finished with crispy onions and served over pesto mashed potatoes

Sesame Shrimp Stir Fry
Crisp tempura battered jumbo shrimp tossed with mushrooms, scallions, peppers and onions in a spicy sesame sauce, served over fried rice with a house made eggroll
