Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection topped with a harvest wild mushroom sauce, sautéed wild mushrooms in a basil garlic creamy marsala sauce, served with macaroni salad

Chicken Santa Fe
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, jalapeños, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy wine sauce, served over rice and finished with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream 

Chicken Alfredo Florentine
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach and Portobello mushroom in a light pesto alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta 

Scallops & Crabmeat Provencal
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with tomatoes, olives, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta  
Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes in a lemon garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese 

Fresh Broiled Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet topped with a rosemary apple cream sauce, served with asparagus spears and rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
