Sweet & Sour Honey Garlic Chicken
Crispy chicken strips pan seared with a garlic crust tossed with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a honey garlic sriracha sweet and sour sauce over white rice

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Stack
Beer battered chicken breast layered over tomatoes and crisp lettuce, drizzled with bleu cheese and mild wing sauce, presented over fries and macaroni salad  

Grilled Garlic Mushrooms Stockyard Sirloin
10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak char grilled with a garlic spice rub, finished with sautéed mushrooms and served with broccoli hollandaise and mashed potatoes with red eye gravy

Scallops Ala Pices
Deep sea scallops pan seared with smoky ham, artichoke hearts, sweet peas and onions tossed in a lemon Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with peppers, onions and garlic in a spicy tomato sauce over steamed white rice   

Potato Crusted Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared with a potato chip crust, finished with a French onion aioli and served over ranch mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
