Montréal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Fromage
10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with melted crumbly bleu and drizzled with a Dijon peppercorn sauce, served with a twice baked potato              

Chicken Chorizo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, black beans, portobello mushrooms, zucchini and fresh spinach in a lemon white wine sauce, tossed with pasta  

Zuppa di Mussels
Fresh mussels steamed with garlic and white wine, sautéed with tomatoes and crushed red peppers in a fresh basil marinara sauce, served over pasta

Southwest Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers and onions in a spicy sherry wine sauce, served over rice and topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream 

Honey Curry Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, yellow squash, sweet red peppers, onions and broccoli in a honey curry sauce, served over rice and dusted with sesame seeds

Pan Seared Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared and topped with a Normandy Florentine cream sauce, presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
