Short Ribs Gołąbki
Boneless braised shredded beef short ribs in a mushroom caramelized onion demi glace served over garlic and Gołąbki, (a polish cabbage roll stuffed with mashed potatoes) finished with grated  Kefalotyri cheese

Singapore Crispy Chicken
Tender breaded chicken bites tossed in a sweet & spicy honey garlic sriracha sauce served with stir fried vegetables and rice

Chicken & Rice Burrito
An XL flour burrito stuffed with spicy stewed chicken, rice, chipotle aioli, peppers and onions finished with a roasted corn salsa and lime sour cream

Bacon Florentine Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with artichokes, onions and spinach in a bacon Alfredo sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Jalapeño Macaroni and Cheese Shrimp
Jumbo black pepper floured shrimp pan seared and served over jalapeño, chorizo sausage, pepper and onion macaroni and cheese

Mediterranean Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared with artichokes, spinach, kalamata olives and garlic in a light tomato sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Zuppa di Mussels
Fresh mussels pan steamed with tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
