Appetizer:
Macaroni & Cheese Bites
Breaded and crispy fried macaroni and cheese spheres finished with bacon, bits, scallions, jalapeños and a ranch drizzle  

Entrees:
Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, onions and peppers in a sweet and sour sauce, served over fried rice

Buffalo Chicken Plate
Boneless tender battered chicken chunks tossed in buffalo sauce and served over macaroni salad with bleu cheese fries, drizzled with bleu cheese dressing  

Char Grilled Filet of Sirloin
8oz Sirloin filet seasoned and char grilled to order, finished with a mushroom demi glace and crispy onions, served with mashed potatoes

Scallops Florentine Alfredo
Deep sea scallops pan seared with spinach, artichokes, onions and garlic in an asiago lemon Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Volcano Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp deep fried and tossed in a candied sriracha honey glaze, served with coconut onion rings and apple beggar’s purses  
Blue Marlin Meunière
Fresh Blue Marlin pan seared with lemon caper butter sauce, presented over garlic mashed potatoes finished with fresh lemons and served with broccoli 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
