Cranberry Chicken                   

Boneless chicken breast pan seared and finished with a chicken voulette sauce, served with a cranberry bread stuffing

Chicken Pepper Steak Stir Fry         

Slab cut pan seared chicken breast tossed with garlic, onions, red peppers, green peppers and scallions in an orange sesame sauce, served over rice

Scallops Bruschetta Alfredo                                                              

Deep sea scallops pan seared with vine ripe tomatoes, garlic and basil in a lemon scented Alfredo sauce, served over pasta   

Shrimp Vegetable Scampi                                                        

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, onions and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  


Blackened Corvina                                                                   

The fish corvina has a sweet, mild taste with large, firm flaked flesh. We are preparing it pan seared with blackening spices, finished with a spicy pickle mustard aioli and served over garlic pesto mashed potatoes

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                    

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with A1® mushrooms and onions, broccoli hollandaise and mashed with gravy

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
