Stuffed Chicken                

Chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese, spinach and sundried tomato over wilted leek mashed potatoes and a pool of natural gravy



Honey Garlic Chicken       

Pan seared chicken strips tossed with garlic, onion, peppers, mushrooms, scallions and broccoli in a sweet and spicy honey garlic sriracha sauce over rice



Friday the 13th Burger                                                                                 

Grilled ¼ pound fresh burger topped with hash browns, fried egg and finished with bacon, beer cheese sauce and sriracha crispy onions on a toasted bun served with french fries

           

            Grilled Stockyard                                                                                    

Seasoned and grilled Stockyard served with rosemary roasted potatoes, broccoli with hollandaise and A1 onions and mushroom sauce       



            Lemon Asparagus Scallops                                                                     

Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with onions, bacon, asparagus and artichokes in a lemon scented alfredo sauce over pasta



Shrimp & Chorizo Sausage Gumbo                                     

Pan seared Jumbo shrimp and chorizo sausage tossed with onion, peppers and sweet peas in a hearty spicy marinara sauce over white rice    

 

Blackened Mixed Grill                                                      

Pan seared blackened Striped Bass and Corvina over pesto mashed, asparagus and finished with a cajun remoulade and crispy sriracha onions



            Broiled Herb Salmon                                                                                                                      

Broiled Akura Salmon over mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with a honey herbed compound butter





            Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
