Apple Spiced Chicken                                                                                 

Spice rubbed chicken breast served over caramelized onion mashed potatoes and topped with apple chutney and apple cider au jus



Tandori Chicken                  

Tender sautéed chicken tossed with garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms in a creamy curry sauce with white rice and toasted pita

        

            Grilled T-bone                                                                                       

Seasoned and grilled T-bone steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, A1 onions and mushrooms and a side of broccoli hollandaise         



            Scallops Greco                                                                                        

Seared deep sea scallops with onions, spinach, bacon and artichokes in a lemon alfredo over pasta



Garden Shrimp Primavera                                                  

Pan seared Jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, onions, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms in a white wine butter sauce over pasta finished with asiago cheese    

 

Sesame Tuna                                                                      

Sushi grade tuna crusted in sesame seeds with sriracha honey mashed potatoes, chow chow slaw and a ginger soy glaze



            Lemon Pepper Salmon                                                                                     

Lemon pepper butter and wine broiled Akura Salmon over mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with crispy onions



            Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                         

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
