Jerk Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with jerk spices, fresh pineapple and garden vegetables in a zesty orange sauce, served over curry rice

Chicken Monte Carlo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini in a lemon sherry wine sauce over pasta

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a roasted red pepper basil sauce and served with a oven roasted potatoes

Fresh Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled Atlantic salmon stuffed with a spinach apple walnut stuffing, topped with a caper sauce and served with a side of rice pilaf  

Lemon Basil Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a garlic basil lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago chees

Shrimp Carbonara
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, peas, mushrooms and onions in a light Carbonara sauce, tossed with pasta 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
